An issue where crashes occur when playing story scenes on some Android devices has been corrected.
We have confirmed the following issues occurring on certain devices within the Story Quests for the event “Beloved Golden Time”:
- Crashes occur when playing story scenes on some Android devices
- The screen goes dark during the story movie clips
*For the issue where the screen goes dark during story movie playback, restarting the app or changing the resolution may resolve the problem.
We will continue to investigate the issue and work to resolve its root cause.
If there is any progress regarding the above issue, we will update this notice accordingly to keep you informed.
